I partnered with Mandarich Developments to develop the brand identity and provide graphic design for "Belvedere," their upscale condominium community in the San Francisco Bay Area. Inspired by Austria's Belvedere Palace and Museum, the property features a welcoming statue of Johann Strauss and a grand entrance framed by a circular colonnade. To capture this elegance, I created a 24-page brochure that reflects the property's sophistication, in addition to an overview video, website, print ads, direct mail pieces, billboards, stationery, and signage.
