I partnered with a developer on the brand development for their upscale condominium community in the San Francisco Bay Area. Inspired by Austria's Belvedere Palace and Museum, a statue of Johann Strauss welcomes residents and guests at its grand entrance. I captured the property's elegance and grandeur in a 24-page brochure, an overview video, a website, print ads, direct mail, billboards, stationery, invitations, and signage.
